From Westview Athletics: Failure to submit Athletic Clearance by the due date may delay and/or prohibit the athlete from trying out. Reminder: Westview Athletics is closed during summer and Athletic Clearance forms will not be processed. Forms dropped off over the summer break will need at minimum one week to process upon our return.
